I’ve been a coach, mentor, and consultant for introverts for 7 years. What first began as a hobby—spreading the word on social media that introverts aren’t broken—soon became a community of over 15,000, and then became a career.

I wrote The Introvert’s Guide to the Workplace because we make amazing employees and executives, but I also know that we are often so blinded by a society that reminds us about our weaknesses that it’s difficult to see our own strengths.

I started consulting for teams because I believe that your staff are more than just numbers on the payroll, and they were hired to do more than just fill a seat in the office. We’re all shining, but is everyone given the room to glow? Is everyone’s voice contributing? Not in most businesses.
